If you're in or near Greenwich, CT, you owe it to yourself to stop in and see what's what at Signature Cycles new location.
I just went in for first time this a.m., and it was unbelievable. Beautiful, but at the same time highly functional. The workstation and storage areas are really something special (drool-worthy is more like it), and wait till you see the custom bike wash tub. Bring grubby bike in for service, and it gets the full spic n' span treatment.
Paul and the whole crew did an amazing job.
They have a website, but like many in retail, it seems like a placeholder/advertisement as the real experience is the in-person service, products, etc. The touchy-feely, as it were. Retail is alive and well, and I wish them the best of success.
