Actually, it's exercise in general that prevents it, but the pic with this story shows a cyclist and that's enough for me! :banana:

His book is great and is focused more on kids and learning etc. There is a lot of evidence that exercise is highly beneficial to brain function.
Aren't all of us in that category of high mental performance from cycling?

Ive found im a lot more less stupider since joining the form.
