MYSTERY frame, can someone identify the brand?

Anyone ever seen this logo? I was told that the frame was custom made in England but that is all I have to go on.

Clean that logo off and post the pic on Bike Forum Classic and Vintage site. You'll get an answer in minutes there. It may be a bit dated for this forum.

Even though it's not the commonly seen logo: A. Gios perhaps?

Not a gios, those are rounded... To me looks more like a custom made frame that got just those touches to make it unique to its owner. Im almost sure than under the oval pieces you will see the Columbus Sign, the shape of the oval and crownfork are really close to the columbus one. The engraving is not great either, kind'a hand made with a dremel or something back in the day. I even have a Stem engraved with my name the same way.

Hard to tell who made it, it could be a home made frame.
