Yep, it needs to be updated but it does say it is updated constantly. Cool database of riders too.

Kind of, but not really.

Armstrong's Motorola team was going to disbanded at the end of the 1996 season, so he signed with Cofidis to join them in 1997. But part of the contract terms were that he be in physically sound condition to race before officially joining the team. Armstrong's diagnosis with cancer at the end of 1996 prevented him from officially becoming a member of Cofidis.
