That is inspirational.

This has been posted before, but it deserves another look:

Makes me want to go out and ride in the mud.

Glad to see a video that doesn't just show the Pros/1/2's... As far as no mud, etc... Who cares? Grassroots racing has never been for the spectators... Ever been to an SCCA auto cross event? The only non-drivers there are family members... Mud might be fun to race in, but just racing is a whole hell of a lot of fun by itself...

Um. tons of spectators. I mean tons. Substantial climbing. Both Vervecken and Pontoni (world champions) called the course, venue, spectators completely legit. Pontoni said it was the most Belgian course he'd done outside of Belgium. yep, the only time I've seen that course warm and dusty. the most wet spring in history followed by the most dry summer.

What I meant that in the US, cross races are lotsa racers, just a few spectators..Opposite of Europe, tons of spectators, relatively few racers...

poorly worded on my part. 'Cross' racing, mud, sweat and gears....

Not saying the video wasn't great, good citizen racing, great for spectators but 'cross' is a winter sport with the appropriate crappy, cold, wet, snowy, weather...as it should be..

Citizens' cross. Glad to see people trying it out, not just elites. Mud, waffles, and hoppy beer is cool, too.
