Thought I'd share some pics of my ride today. First we have myself rocking the pink Lampre kit for Breast Cancer awareness month.

Next up we have one of my favorite hills in Winchester where I get a good warmup on a sequence of hills:

On the way to Concord, and directly adjacent to 2 cemeteries is this huge swamp. I would think that a cemetery very near here would not be optimal, but what do I know.

A pic of the bike and the massively hairy quads:

My ol' trusty Centurion with new parts. So damn smooth:

And lastly a nice little shot of the bikepath on the leisurely trek home:

I really need to put my life back together and get out for some of these rides...

Wow, Iīm envious. Thatīs the same route I take but I havenīt been able to ride in awhile, I really miss it. And now with the rain and cold upon us (rain and cold are fine but when they mix it kills my fun) I donīt know when...
By the way, are those the Crud Roadracer Mudguards? Iīve been thinking about getting a set. How do you like them?

Well it should be nice but cool on Thurs and Friday, but I generally like rain rides because of the feeling of solitude that they often bestow. And yes, those are crud mudguards. I had them on my Sworks e5, but clearances were just too tight for the rear because of the aero seatpost, so I moved them over to my Centurion.
One nice thing about them is that when you lose a screw, like I did with one of the front struts, a zip-tie works really well.

Thanks for the tip, I might buy a pair for my "rain bike", i.e. the aluminum one, I have to decide first if theyīll be worth it since I donīt ride in the rain much... By the way, that Centurion looks real sharp with the Khamsin wheels.

They're relatively inexpensive and make rain riding a lot more pleasurable for me. The bike stays mostly clean and my backside stays dry. Thanks w/ the Centurion compliment. It was my dream bike when I was 14 and so couldn't pass it up when I saw the frame and fork for sale. Such a smooth ride.

Thanks for the compliment. I took the picture to make a card to give my wife for our anniversary. Welcome to the forum.
