He did something similar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5z1fSpZNXhU) on a Raleigh a couple of years ago.

The man's amazing.

That's really fun. I like it on tow fronts - first the guy can really ride. Secondly it points out just how robust road bikes can be. I know folks that won't ride on a smooth gravel road with their road bike because they think it's bad for it - so it would be fun to show them this guy who does back flips on a road bike.

Maybe I'm wrong - Maybe his bike would assplode if he rode it down a gravel road? could be.

If I had a bike like that, I could do the same thing.......oh wait a minute....

is this maybe a good example of "it is not about the bike". Someone said he did this stuff on a Raleigh.

Makes me feel less bad about taking a Lemond road bike on a limestone gravel trail a few times. Amazing thing was I never had a flat riding on 23 mm tires. Yet twice on pavement ran over a mere twig with a rough edge and got a flat. As amazing as this guy on a bike???? HECK NO!

That dude is something else. A beauty to behold such ability.
