View Full Version : Pedal question - Dura Ace to Campy Record
Hi, do I have to switch cleats if I go from Dura Ace pedals to Campy Record, or is the pattern the same?
Thanks.

Yes, no, same location, different cleats tho-not inter-compatible.

Any reason you're going this way? I'm a diehard campy guy, but I can't think of any performance reason to use Campy pedals over SPD-SL

Wayne Stetina at interbike mentioned that he has 2 EPS bikes, plus many DA equipped bikes..needed a spare wheel for his new 9000 11s bike, swapped the Campagnolo/EPS wheel into it and he said that he couldn't tell any difference between the two, shifting-wise.
PLUS Campagnolo has been making HG compatible wheels(Fulcrum) and freehubs since 1999.

Wanted to try Campy pedals as my bike is Campy except for the pedals.

That's interesting. I wonder then if DA 9000 freewheels will work with 11-speed Campy, mechanical and/or EPS.
