Anyone heard of this builder? There's a frame made of Columbus spx on the bay right now for cheap. Might make a decent beater... Or is it too nice? Paint looks kind of strange.

Nice looking bike, but I wouldn't want to import one. There are plenty of beaters available here. Also, I won't buy a steel bike without inspecting it for rust.

The front logo... looks like the ones U.scanini has... no too many letters, who knows who the builder is, looks belgian to me. A lot of small town builders in that area. 200 bucks is not a bad price, rare and the paint is mint.

A friend of mine was bidding on this. I did a bit of research and I think it's a small Dutch builder. I found a few references to the brand but not much.

I bet it's a nice bike.

That paint looks strikingly similar to the paint on a lot of old Concordes. I bet its Dutch.

Concorde was a Dutch brand whose bikes were usually built by Ciocc or Bilatto and then painted in Holland. See a few here (my actual bike is the last bike on that page - a big 62cm MAX bike since repainted):
