Here's a nice Scapin frameset. I estimate that it is a late 80's model. The bike is stamped a "58" and measures about 58cm c-c for the seat-tube, 57cm c-c for the top-tube, and 16cm for the head-tube. It's in nice, used shape. What scratches there are could be easily touched-up. Please note that the decals are starting to peel a bit since they are not under the clearcoat. Anyhow, it's made from Columbus Cromor steel and has some very nice details.

$260 shipped CONUS. Cheers.

That's a really pretty bike. Good luck with the sale. I'd be all over something like that in a 53-54cm.

Thanks. Same old story I'm afraid: too many projects, too little time. :)

When I see interesting framesets like this for reasonable prices I always wonder how cool it would be to have a stable full of framesets and one or two master component groups to swap out at will.

I agree with you but for half the people here myself included, half the fun is buying a frameset and then start to figure out the build. What components? What group? What wheels? Silver or black? If you already have the components group, where is the thrill?
