Litespeed Ti Question

I am interested in trying out a ti bike, I need about a 60-61 tt. Not looking to spend a mint on it just looking to try out ti for a bit. So I found this bike on ebay, but the seller couldn't tell me much about it. Anyone with some litespeed experience able to give an assessment of age/model/etc. I am not worried about the parts on this bike, I have some more modern stuff to throw at it, if its worthwhile.
