I bought a new of Cole T25 Lite tubular wheelset with Shimano/Sram hubs last year for cross season. Never used them or glued them up. They're still new in the box. Stout enough to be raced for cross, but light enough (around 1500 grams) for road use. I'm 185lbs and another set of these I had held up just fine last season. $400 shipped CONUS.
