Velocity Warranty Experience

I had an issue with one of my rims cracking and dealing with Velocity was super easy. These guys are a class act, they stand behind their product and warranty policy 100%.

I have built many Velocity rims and of the very few warranty requests I have had, they warranty quickly and very fairly...

+1. Just a few months ago I had an early production Aerohead rim (with the Kangaroo sticker) crack and Velocity sent me a replacement rim right away for free. The cracked rim had to be at least 5 or 6 years old. Needless to say Im a committed customer.

I've got a set of their Escape rims on my tubular wheels. Really nice and solid so far.

I have Velocity Deep V's on White Industries hubs and like them very well.

They have rebuilt wheels for me when I've had rims crack. Shipping both ways, labor, spokes, all free. Now, if only the rims wouldn't crack!!!

I had a velocity rim that was overmachined. I sent them a pic and they were very prompt in sending me a new one.

glad to hear. I completely forgot about this until now but a while back like six years ago I had a rim that was really difficult to get tires on so they sent me a set of those rim plugs. didn't solve the problem too much but I liked the gesture. I just had to get some real good tire levers!
