Help needed near Canton, Ohio

I spotted a bike to purchase there but it's a complete bike and it's too expensive to ship to Canada, plus I think the seller is not willing to ship outside of the USA.

So I'm looking for a forumite who would be willing to split the purchase. You ship the frame to me and you keep the nice Campy silver 10s parts and wheels! That could be a win-win situation :banana:
