SOLD!
I love this bike, but it is just too redundant with other bikes I have, and isn't getting enough riding time to justify keeping it.

Complete as pictured, except no saddle, pedals, front light or bell. Doublebutted, heat treated, cro-moly tubing with Kirk Panceti lugs. Braze-ons include fender mounts, pump peg, water bottle mounts, and rack mounts. The steering head is extended to provide a slightly more heads up riding position. The 1" threaded fork is uncut. The frame and fork have been fully treated with J.P. Weigle frame saver.

The paint is in excellent condition and there are no dents or other damage of any kind to the bike or components. There is very slight chain rub behind the large chainring, a light scuff on the right fork blade, and a chip at the top of the steering head by the headset cup. All of these have been fully touched up with matching paint. None of these marks are noticeable unless you are searching for them.

The seat tube measures 62cm (c-t) and the top tube measures 59cm (c-c). It is my understanding that the Model P used the same geometry as the Rivendell Rambouillet. The complete geometry is listed here:

I've come back to this post to look at the bike three times now. Thought you deserve a bump.

Someone'll getting a great bike at an excellent price! Nice components on the bike, too.

Selle Italia Explorer. I don't see many Explorers. It has suspension built into where the rails connect to the base. Obviously not a light saddle, but very comfortable (for me) in both the seating area itself, and the suspension does take the edge off with no bouncy feeling at all - just right for the more upright position on this bike.
