The mysterious brake pad holder

Hey folks!

Devil's in the details :D so I stumbled upon those mysterious brake pad holders. From what I understand they allow to use short reach calipers on a frame designed for medium reach?

Anybody know what they are and where I can find them?

Hi Philippe,

I was just reading about those on another forum. Alas, they are NLA and the maker is not planning on making any more.

Forgot who the maker was - they do lots of other brake stuff and their website looks like it's from 1996. Maybe that will jog someone else's memory.

Thanks Christian. Too bad they don't make them anymore. They were a nice way to switch to medium reach brakes when you had a pair of short reach calipers in the spares bin.
