Hi Gang.
I have a new campy 11 12/29 cassette coming. I forgot that I have the original Campy 11 RD that won’t run the 29 toother. I understand there is part for the older RD that can be retrofitted to work with the 12/29. Are these readily available? Is it easy to make the change? Or do I have to send the RD back to Campy?
Also can the older Campy 11 RD run a 12/27 without the modification?
Thanks
Dan

Im have them, not hard to change. BUt like 13-29 and 10s, you can probably use the 12-29(certainly the 12-27) w/o the wee part.

Thanks Peter.
I was hoping you would answer.
How much does the wee part cost and are there directions?
Do you carry the KMC missing link for the 11s yet? What's the tele# for your shop?
Thanks.
Dan
BTW I always heard you couldn't run the original RD with the 29.
But i'm sure you would know.
