That is very sad and so young. On a training ride no less. A career, a life comes to an end so suddenly, just tragic. You can get run down by a car in Europe as well as the US.

Terrible shame. Haven't seen too many details on the accident, other than it took quite a number of people to get him out of the ravine he was in.

Two high profile professional cycling incidents in Spain this year. Of course in two regions very far apart but nonetheless it is scary. Combined with 2 cyclists killed by vehicles here in Cincinnati in the last month, my alertness level has been refreshed. Safe travel to all.
