Worth checking out ?
I can go to a group therapy at the local hospital for free
The only thing is mrs fixed has to teach that night and I would have To get dropped off an hour and a half before it starts .

I used to teach biofeedback to pain management patients. It's an effective tool. Better to have it than not. Not everyone can make good use of it, but you might be able to. If you are comfortable with relaxation techniques, guided imagery and meditation then you may be able to pick up some skills.

What can it hurt? Sure you have to be there early, but
I would gladly trade 1.5 hours of my time, every week,
in hopes of a quicker recovery! It just seems like a no lose deal.

Bring a book, or something to read/do for the hour and a half.


I would also go every chance I got, just in case it could help me.

I think I can speak for everyone here and say we all want you to get better as quickly as you can. So go for it!
