A mélange of photos

No story, just photos I like. Found whilst rummaging through my computer, organizing a bit, searching a bit. Lots of roads, most going up. Logical, I almost never stop in a descent, not a good one. Like stopping in the middle of wild sex to answer the phone. Some acts just aren't done. Few shots with riders since I ride alone most of the time. Also almost no cars. Or pot holes. Selected because each in some manner shows why I love riding a road bike. Some have already been seen here as they were included in various posts. I apologize for the repeats but didn't feel like finding what's been already posted.

Wonderful, especially the small roads..... Whetting my appetite! We'll be over there, in the Luberon/Drome area in two weeks. I hope the weather makes possible an attempt on Ventoux.

Looks like Sept/Oct would the pick for me for a holiday. I miss the special colours of the northern hemisphere autumn. Hey, can we commission a ride and report? I'd request a "magnificent Autumn colours" ride this year thanks.
