Hors Catagorie 58cm c-c frame, all ti, seeks loving home. Never ridden. Would also consider a direct swap for same in 54/55 cm.

Captain Smiley

What information would you like?

Please state precisely.

I did read the comical thread a while ago relating to the Serotta seller on Ebay and the snipes about the possibility that the bike might be 'hot'. The seller certainly contributed to this by refusing to divulge the frame number. I want to stop that happening here by openly stating that the frame number of the Hors is CHC 58 367.

A photo could be arranged for those with a serious interest in buying, or swapping for same (never ridden) in 54/55cm.
I know that Serotta has ceased production. Does anyone know how many were made, approximately?. I can't concur with the Times Square post. They seem hard to find, especially in 54/55cm. Perhaps i'm not looking in the right places.

jpw--i was perhaps overstating it, but for example, there is a 55 available right now over on the classifieds. they are rare, but oddly enough, over the last month or so, a few have popped up. good luck in your search. ;)

check your private mail box, let me know how much you want for the frame. I do not have one to trade, but am interested.

Thanks for the sign posting. It's funny how things can be right under your nose and yet unseen, but i don't want to take a built-up Hors, just a frame.

I will wait a little while longer to see if a 'swapper' materialises, which is my prefered action, before contacting those who simply wish to buy for money. Hoping those who fall into the money categorie (sic) have the understanding to wait a while. I'll think about the price for a direct money sale though. It's not easy to price-up with so relatively few out there in the market place to compare with. This is why a swap is prefered, with both parties getting what they want, i.e. the right size.

I'll check back in a couple of days.
