The day off. Watching Wallonie and tour of Britain ..spoiler

Well after riding the trainer for a week and swimming everyday
I am taking the day off just going to walk the dog this am then watch the tour of Britain ,Cav . won yesterday's stage . Even with the little bit of exercise I have been doing a day off is the smart thing for me right now
