You mean Fueler as in accessory engine, or Freuler, as in the Swiss cyclist after whom the extended seat tube geometry is named?

The Freuler frames are beautiful beyond words.

I forwarded this info to Gita. I am not aware of Feuleur(sp?) Merckx frames but....

From Nelson at Gita..very knowledgeable anout things "Merckx"

"Merckx did do a few special order frames with extended head and seat tubes.
Usually they were very large frames (64+). We never had too many of them
through here. The "J" in the serial number would typically indicate about
2002-2003. I've attached a picture of an MXL we had until fairly recently
that has the extended head and seat tubes. I don't think Merckx ever
referred to this as "Freuler" geometry - I only recall Colnago using that
term."

He also sent me a pic of a MXL with extended seat and headtube..
