Help with SRAM Red pulley orientation

I cleaned and lubed my rear pulleys on my SRAM Red rear derailleur today and when taking the pulleys off noticed that the bottom pulley, marked "bottom" has letters facing out on the bike. The upper pulley has no letters but three indentations near the center. These were facing out. The upper pulley has the three indentations facing in.
Anyone know if this is correct or matters?
Also, what lube do people use? I have a little bit left that came with the groupset, in a syringe but would like to get more.

To answer my own question, my LBS said it did not matter which way the pulley is oriented; they are symmetrical so either side can go out.
