Hello from Denver,
My left knee is telling me that I need to give up on the single speed/ fixed gear. My initial thought was to do a 1x9 setup, but since I have a mountain triple crankset available, I was thinking about a 3x9 setup similar to what you see on hybrid bikes. My build:
Race Face XC crank
Shimano Deore triggers and F/R mechs
Tiagra 11-25 cassette
Open Pro's w/ Ultegra hubs
Thoughts on this build?
