Hey all,
I really want to get "Rise & Shine: The Jay DeMerit Story" & watch with my kids (boys 7 & 13), but want to ensure that it is OK content-wise (especially for boy#2).
Seeing as Jay is playing for the MLS Vancouver Whitecaps now up there in the PNW, I hoped someone up there might have seen it (or talked to someone who has).
Any feedback?
For those who don't know the story, Jay packed up his stuff, moved from Wisconsin to England to play soccer & got noticed playing in a nonleague game. Eventually played in the English Premiership & the latest World Cup for the US Men's National Team. Inspirational stuff. And he played for Watford FC (Come on you 'orns!).
