Possible to change Shimano powertap to Fixed setup?

I know shimano --> campy --> shimano is possible.

Kind of. Wheelbuilder.com worked with Saris to design a conversion, but it must be installed by Wheelbuilder and costs several hundered dollars. Saris has now fully adopted the design and offers track powertap hubs pre-converted.

was hoping there was a cheap swap out of sorts avail... like those converter kits for normal hubs.

I believe some older (maybe wired gen) can be setup using Surly Fixxators. A google search will probably shine some more light on this.
