Not sure if this should go here or in classified section, but here goes anyway. I am considering selling my 2004 Giant TCR Carbon bike. I have no idea what the market would bear for such a bike as this, so I'll list some specs and take suggestions.

As it sits it is a full carbon frame/fork, Compact geometry size XL. (I think 61 virtual TT)
Full Campy Record 10s group (shifters, derailleurs, brakes, ultra-torque Record carbon cranks--175mm std 53/39, Record 12-25 cass)
Am Classic Ti Seatpost, Easton EC90 bars, and an EA70 stem
DT Swiss 1450 wheelset.
Weighs 16 lb 4 oz with pedals/computer
Maybe 1000 miles total on drivetrain, wheels have 30 miles on them.

This is the nicest bike I have ever owned, but finances dictate a temporary leave of absence from riding, ie selling my bikes to pay bills. Open to suggestions for where to price this, or if it would be better to part it out.

Thanks in advance.

I would put this in the classified section, (unless you are looking for a price with no intention of selling it).

I don't have any specific numbers, but would suggest searching completed listings on eBay as a place to start.

You will definitely do better parting it out. The wheels and campy components should sell easily. Not real familiar with Giant frames. If you go that route I might be interested in the wheels.

I think you might do best parting it out as people like Campy 10 stuff, but few will fit your frame (or want carbon, or want Giants, etc. etc. etc.)

Rule of thumb: If it's not a 55-56, better to part it out. Start with completed auctions on ebay, classified section searches on multiple cycling boards and CL. Add your shipping and/or PP fees, then list.

Good luck!

Part it out, good parts...
As for the frame... maybe donate it, haha ;)
