Same tool for Campagnolo cogset lockring. Park, Pedros, others make 'em.

Tap off the RH cup as well, grease in there along with the LH cup. Also in the BB shell. Install the crank onto DRY spindle to specified torque. Best to have the BB shell faced and chased as well.

@Old Potatoe: I was always told to mount crank onto a greased spindle... was I misinformed all of these years??? You're the expert, so I just wanted to clarify/confirm! :)

WHen you put the tool, pass a quick release across the axle so the tool doesnt slip or work in the wrong angle.

Yes you were. For square taper, Dry spindle, tighten to torque. Way I've been doin' it for 26 years, haven't had a crank fall off yet. Grease means the amount the crank goes on can't be predicted, ala chainline and not bottoming it.

I'm sure this will turn into a helmet-like thread but dry spindle, 26-28 ft-lbs.

That's what I was always taught as well. Unless you want a cracked spider or some other craziness involving a crank breaking.

Oh, no you didn't!

This is one of those things that people argue over, and everybody is right, and everything is fine, and very very few people crack their spider whether or not they use grease.
