You should find that you can enter your zip code and I think you will be asked to identify your cable or satellite carrier and/or local nbc channel. There is a tab that allows you to select programming by sport, and you can select cycling. It should list all of the cycling programming. I believe the road race will be broadcast in combination with several other sports on Sat am.

Again, you can select cycling and you should be able to see scheduled live video by date. It appears the road race is available on streaming video Sat am.
