The road on which this gentleman was killed is busy during the day, but it is certainly not posted for a 60 mph speed limit. As in all of these stories, very tragic indeed, as it sounds like cycling had helped the victim to refocus his energy on his health and general well being. Be careful out there folks, especially at dawn and dusk.
