Talk about good service...
I put a lot of miles on mine, and wasn't careful about walking on them or replacing the heel pads. Wore through them, and then eventually wore through the carbon and kinda crushed the heel area.
Sent them back to be repaired. They just finished them. Total cost? $15 for the repairs + postage.
Damn fine company!
