Riding in Grand Rapids MI

I'll be spending a few days in Grand Rapids MI next week with my bike, and am looking for suggestions for ride routes.

Saturday and Sunday I'll be busy racing in the Transplant Games of America, but I'll have time to ride on Monday and Tuesday.
