I have a set of Nemesis Reine des Pavés 32 h to built
My dilemma is :
Should I go radial and x2 on the rear
or X3 on both wheels ?

Nemesis? x3 on both wheels. it's a box section tubular, x3 is just the right way with those rims. I have a set of reflex laced x2 and they rub the brake pads under my measly power.

The number of spoke holes best determines cross. 32h is 3x, 24h is 2x, 28h can go either way. For strongest wheels, the spoke should leave the hub at a nearly tangent angle.

I usually decide based on what my LBS has in stock for spoke lengths... :)

32 hole is quite adequate for making a robust wheel. As long as they are built with enough tension they will work just dandy. I would build them with crossed spokes as 32 hole radial to me doesn't look right.

Rider weight & power might influence the build if you are extreme in either, or both. But 32 will cover anything, the skill of the build is where it matters. BTW, lace with brass, not AL.

3 cross both. Radial front or 2 cross rear(particularly on those rims and 32h) does nuthin. 3 cross makes for a more reliable wheel.
