a e-richie waiting list spot on ebay ! (http://cgi.ebay.com/My-spot-on-Richard-Sachs-waiting-list_W0QQitemZ7184476820QQcategoryZ98084QQssPageNa meZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) Kinda dumb if he only gets $500.00, it's going to cost him close to $50 for the ebay and paypal fees.

what if he makes more that $550? Then he actually makes some dough.
Could this be a new way to make money? You could be e-richie's booking agent and make money by holding spots in line. Sorta like a ticket agent.

God I love the free market. Although he doesn't need the business (I presume), what a great buzz-generator.

To me, it would be a no brainer to pay a few hundred bucks to jump to the front of the line. But then again, patience has never been one of my strengths.

The real question is what would that spot be worth a month or so ahead of the scheduled build? I'm plunking down $5000 today and reserving 10 spots. In 35 months, I'll report back on the return on my investment.

Or maybe I'll keep that money I don't have.

When I first saw a Richard Sachs frame several years ago,
I could not afford it. Many years later, I can afford a Sachs
frame but the wait is too prohibitive. Maybe this is my ticket!!

Perhaps this derivative should be traded on the options market.

During the Civil War, 500 would get you out of the military.

I guess I would check with e-richie and confirm that this guy actually talked with him and that it is OK....If so, it's not a bad deal if you want your bike delivered year sooner than otherwise.
