Spyder Composites - Genuine or Jokers ?

OK, here's the deal:

Sent my Hyperon rear wheel last December (!)
Been told it was shipped a number of times and have paid for repair and shipping but no wheel and no tracking number and now refusing to return my emails

Anyone had any joy with these guys or have I been royally ripped off ?

Have you tried contacting any dealers listed on their website? Perhaps they could help you out.

I used them last year. not too responsive. they said it shipped and i waited and waited then emailed them a number of times. they finally got it out and back to me. Good luck.

is there any chance whatsoever that it is stuck in customs?

of course, it would be a lot easier for the customs folks to find the package if you had the tracking number. and five months is a lot of time to be held up in customs. they can put tracking numbers on USPS international priority, and they should have else it's malpractice imo.
