Does anyone know the stack height difference between Shimano R315 and Sidi Genius 5 shoes? I am trying to track down the cause of some posterior knee pain, and I'm wondering if the shoe change from Sidi to Shimano might be the cause. I can't recall exactly when it set in to know if it pre or post dates the show switch, and I prefer not to monkey with my ISP if I don't need to.
