Sidas inserts, can you mold them your self?

I got a pair of shoes with Sidas thermo-moldable insoles, can you mold them your self or do I have to take them to a shop?

If you bought a pair of Fizik R1 shoes, how did you get the insert molded?

I was very unimpressed with the sidas insoles for my high arches btw.
