Hey! My parents have carpet that's that color!

Sweet bike as always. BTW, your cross bike with matte grey paint inspired my new cx bike (http://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?t=111451) from Rick Hunter.

That's mine! Inspiration for the color came from a 70s Porsche and some mustard yellow nail polish that was so ugly it was beautiful. The build will be silver chorus 10 - mostly. Eventually I want to get a 2013 red group. Frame should be arriving today.

Beautiful.

Had a very similar color on a 1970s Bob Jackson.

Loved that bike and feel the same way about this frameset.

Congrats.

David has an Architect Harvest Gold. looks a bit mutted color to be. Like a dark mustard color. Not much life to it And not a strong stand out color like other classic colors from 70's
but great frame

Reminds me of Crayola "maize" crayon.

A JK Special with terraplane rear looks good in ANY color. :hello:

That's a bit more brown but I could live with it. When can I pick up my new to me 911?

It's actually a relatively bright metallic gold, just a bad pic. You could come pick it up, but bring a trailer...it's currently in a few pieces.

Cool - so - it's like a kit then? Some assembly required?

Kind of.
Like my wife said: You bought a perfectly nice car then had to make it better.
