I have emailed the seller, but have not heard as yet. Looks like it says: Synergic Design... but it is hard to tell.

Nevermind... I should have been more patient. He sent me this info:

"The frame came from Chuck's Bicycle Closeouts in San Diego. He was an oriental guy that was in the business of bringing in closeouts from Taiwan or China and reselling at very attractive prices. The brand on it was a Winner, but I think that was his name. The sticker that says what the Ti tubes are is still on the bike. I paid $500 as a bargain basement price for the frame alone. The stem is titanium too..."

Strange....

May be a close relative to something else that's better known. The seat stay intersection low on the seat tube is a bit unusual, perhaps that's a clue. The only imported Ti frames that come to mind were Airborne. The Zeppelin stays were similar. Good pics of both would help.

There's some good and some odd parts on the build. Record 10 levers, but the Omega rims are a bit out of place on that bike - still desirable (if nice) though.

Yes, thanks - that does look similar, but it seems the downtube on te Airborne looks like a bigger diameter.
