Looks like it's time for me to break out my old Bell Tourlite

Looks like the old Brancale, dunno if anybody had one.

Don't aero helmets save more drag and power than aero wheels? Surprised they haven't become more popular before. Probably because they look goofy, but so do many aero wheels.

Freds will use them specially if they incorporate a rear view mirror and a pocket for the coins inside :D

Yeah, I'll stick to my Ionos - where I live I'd rather have slits for ventilation.

I'm interested. I use a Casco Warp on the track now, and this seems lighter and better ventilated.

As a track racer, this helmet makes sense.

As a roadie? Not quite as much.

The new aero road helmet reminds me of my white Kiwi helmet I raced with in the late 80's.

It seems to make more sense on the track. Giro needs to innovate, but I'm not sure how you can make the Ionos much better without going into a completely different direction.

I don't know about other forum members, but I'm kinda tired of hearing about a 17 second advantage over 40km story. I think most of us look for venting, lightness, comfort and style.

I watched their video - is it designed for TT? It looks like the KASK that Team Sky uses, although with a few ventilation holes.
