There is a local shop that leads rides every morning at 7:30 and the Saturday ride is by far the largest group in the area. It breaks off into at multiple paces. A++ (ride at you own risk because you will be dropped), A (advertised 20-22 MPH but you will hit the high 20's trying to get back on after stop signs and cruise at 24 in fair winds), B+ (almost A but not quite as fast), B (a nice steady 18-20 MPH effort), C (16 MPH with a few stops and chaos because of complete newbs).
I decided to ride with a friend who is just getting back into riding and joined the C group.
There's always hot guys riding with the A/B groups.
Not so much in my group :(

This guy spent the entire ride speeding up, slowing down, weaving all over the road taking pictures of the people in the group. Creepy. He even stopped to take pictures of a guy changing a flat....creepy.

Thankfully, he was so woefully out of shape that he got dropped by the C group. Maybe next week he will stay home and ride his trainer.
