Last year for junior national's my buddy had to cut the fairings off of his son's Transition to make it comply with UCI rules. This year, the UCI has ruled that you can't modify a frame, so his Transition isn't legal yet again...
Does anyone in the New York Metro area happen to have a 54/M UCI Legal TT bike (specialized Shiv TT or the like) sitting around to lend this young buck?
