Anyone have any experience on how easy it is to remove a Campy cassette body from HED Ardennes rear wheel? I was told "ALL HED WHEELS CASSETTE BODIES CAN JUST BE PULLED OFF BY HAND." NO tools? The current cassette body is blue. Does this mean it's Campy 11 spd. compatible?

You need a couple of cone wrenches but it is really easy to swap cassette bodies

You can call HED to get help identifying the free hub body.

agreed....I run both Campy and Shimano systems and own the different bodies and it takes less than 30 seconds to swap bodies.

btw...the HED Ardennes wheelset with a pair of 25mm tires makes a fabulous fast plush ride

I have a set and it is easy. No cone wrenches needed. Two 5mm allen keys to get the end caps off and the FH body will slide off. The body is 11 speed compatible.

He said 07 so It was a time when I think some of the hubs need cones not hexes

If yours have the hex machining it's all the better
