OT Parlee Carbon Derailleur Hanger Cracked

Had this on a frame I picked up, worked fine until I removed it to replace it with a clamp mount front derailleur (this is a clamp band to use braze on front D's on a non braze on frames) and found it to be cracked at the band. When mounted, works fine. I now have no use for it. Sell it? Trash it?

Call Parlee up to see if they will warranty it. Get the new one and sell it to me for $20. Everyone's happy.

Parlee has a history of being technically interested in how their items fail so they can improve them. Call them up or e-mail Tom and see how it goes.

I do think that there was an issue with slipping on the 1st gen of these, maybe it was over tightened for that reason? Def., give a call.
