Anyone use these:

(top right pic)

The drunk got a pair of them $9.99 Campy Omega tubular rims from nashbar and gonna build a set of wheels. Of course they will be great because they are tubies (and, well, I build a wicked wheel....:))

Be careful with ebay versions. They aren't always legit and the bearings might be second rate. At worst, replacing the bearings are about $6 a piece.

They are nice hubs.

Just don't buy 'em used unless you know they've been fixed due to the recall. I've had 3 sets of AC 350s and am selling my last (pre-recall) set right now. I know 2 people who've had the rear hub come apart at 30+ mph on their AC 420s... might have been the recalled hubs, not sure.

I have mucho racing miles on the front micro both road and track...no worries. Izat what you are using? Nothing to add about the rear. The only experience I have is with first gen freewheel versions and they were just fine...they came with crap bearings which I replaced and life was good.

Also worth mentioning that the AC freehub is fairly quiet.

I am getting the AC Micro front hub on my new set of wheels from Jeremy per his recommendation.

The new AC rear hub has had a fix, by the way.
