so I took the day off from work to get a nice training ride in (with kids, work and school, I can't usually get more than 30 in at a time)...so today i did 90, felt great, little hot, but what was crazy is that when the wind blew, it looked like there was smoke everywhere,yellow smoke. When I got home, my arms, legs, and entire body was basically yellow with pollen. Absolutely amazing that its so thick up here right now...good thing I'm on anti-biotics and prednisone for bronchitis or I wouldn't be able to breath right now...

That was us about 1.5 months ago. One of the worse pollen seasons in a while.
