Would like to find a brewery/brew pub/great beer store map to overlay over the route.
Unlike most of my log rides, I think this will have a lesser sense of urgency and more lazy pace.
Thought about doing a ragbrai bingo card - spot these thing for the full experience

since the start is so close to our house.
might be fun to ride to the start
and ride home from the second or third overnight...

Good beer can sometimes be hard to find. Go down to the main drag at the start town the first night & look for members of Team Brewhaha handing out the weekly bar guide.

I'm also a fan of a mid-day stop under a shade tree with a twelver (or two, or three, depending on how many teammates are around) & a bag of ice dumped on it. Met a lot of nice people that way (riders and locals).

yo sworcester, i am going with PBV as well to get the tent deal. Let's figure a plan to meet up?

ahmose, not too late. i just signed up from charter and am buying a wristband from someone who has to cancel. go to the ragbrai forum and post a "wristband wanted. I'm told that they are very available after june 1st.
