to reclaim the Ti finish under a painted Ti frame? Ive heard no, but then I also remember hearing Merlin say Ti frames couldnt be painted at all.

I thinkm if you wanted to end up with a matte Ti bead blast finish that could be done. I think if you are looking for a fully polished finish you're out of luck.
