the tubeset seems pretty thin, oval down tube near bb. Info on tubeset?

Dating this frame/components back to mid to late nineties.

Because of the nature of the bike I doubt that bike has nothing but straight gauge tange tubing. Worse case scenario NN straight gauge tubing, but my best guess is that is straight gauge tange tubing.
